Step 1: Schedule Your Home Evaluation
We’ll call to ask about your insurance benefits, physician information, your mobility limitations, and what you hope to accomplish with a new power mobility device (PMD).
Step 2: Personalized Assessment
Schedule an appointment with your physician to assess your mobility needs. After documentation and a written order, Orbit will specify the PMD and accessories.
Step 3: Expert Installation
Once the forms are completed, Orbit submits them to your insurance for approval, which typically takes two weeks.
Step 4: Enjoy Your New Space
Upon approval, we’ll call to schedule delivery and fit your new power wheelchair.
