Client Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is a top priority at Reliable Medical. Our goal is always to achieve complete satisfaction, though we recognize that issues may occasionally arise. When they do, every effort is made to resolve client concerns on the same business day, including those related to equipment operation or safety.
Complaints are managed collaboratively by our Corporate Compliance Department and the appropriate department managers. A complaint form is completed in full for each concern, and all documentation is forwarded to Corporate Compliance for review and final resolution. Investigations are coordinated to ensure that every issue is addressed promptly, thoroughly, and with the client’s best interest in mind.
