Meet the Experts Behind Reliable Medical

Charles has spent his career dedicated to the DME and CRT industry, starting as a Technician in 2001. He has held executive leadership roles across Field Sales & Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Information Technology. A people-oriented leader with a passion for organizational excellence, Charles brings a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovation and service. Having a child diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of two has strengthened his understanding of the difference Reliable’s workmakes in people’s lives. As Chief Executive Officer, he leads the company’s vision and strategy to expand access, elevate service, and shape the future of complex rehab technology.

Will has spent a decade serving in a variety of finance and accounting roles across the healthcare sector, including dental, anesthesia and behavioral services. He joined the Reliable team in July of 2024. In his role, he is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations.

Brandon Boyer is an energetic, passionate, market-disrupting entrepreneur who has been serving the healthcare field since 2010. He has experience in business strategy, system optimization, as well as building, empowering, and motivating industry-leading teams.

Before joining reliable in 2023, Brandon successfully led several DME & CRT organizations to explosive growth through patient-focused innovation. Brandon’s love for people and passion for innovation prompted him, with a business partner, to launch Capstone Medical Partners in 2019. The company quickly became a market leader in the Northwest and eventually joined the Reliable family in 2023.

David has been a RESNA certified ATP since 2000. His healthcare career in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) goes back almost 30 years. Over that time has been a practicing ATP and held leadership positions in processing, operations, and business development. Most recently he served as a senior leader in Supply Chain and Vendor Management. His passion for the CRT industry, experience, and skillset make him a unique and proven leader in his role as VP of Clinical Operations at Reliable Medical. David holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. David has worked closely with the Muscular Dystrophy Association throughout his career raising money and awareness through events like the Nashville Muscle Team Gala where he resides on the committee board.

Matt Candrian has been helping patients in the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. He has trained and led both local and regional sales teams. While serving patients, facilities, and healthcare practitioners, Matt has developed insights in the industry that have led to new technology and marketing initiatives. He is excited for Reliable’s continued growth and the ability to help new customers.

Nick Boyer leads initiatives that expand Reliable’s impact, strengthen partnerships, and elevate team performance. With a background as an ATP and educator, he brings a unique blend of developmental insight and strategic vision to his work, driven by a passion for helping people thrive. He specializes in sourcing top talent, designing growth-focused programs, and accelerating Reliable’s mission to improve the life of every individual we serve.

Jerad joined Reliable Medical in 2002 and developed the Information Technology department over the years. When he first started, Reliable didn’t have an internal email system. Now we provide paperless deliveries with automated notifications. Jerad continues to look for new innovations to help our company streamline it’s processes and ensure our clients get the best possible experience.

Justin Thomas has worked in the DME for nearly 20 years in sales and operational leadership. Prior to joining the Reliable team, he served as the Chief Operational Officer for Orbit Medical.

Michael joined the Reliable Medical team in 2023, having served in Finance and Operational leadership roles within the industry since 2017. He has deep experience scaling and integrating operations, growth strategy, M&A, process improvement and operational excellence. He has a passion for the importance of mission-driven organizations, and brings that passion, energy, and execution into his work and leadership style. Michael holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in International Business from Belmont University and a Masters of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas

Rose joined the Reliable Medical team through an acquisition in 2021 bringing over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She started her career in 2006 as a Provider Liaison for a health insurance company and met with DME providers to discuss advocacy for people with wheelchair needs. She saw the impact the providers had on people’s lives and was determined to make a career out of it. Since then, she held various management roles in customer service, funding, billing, & sales. Rose’s passion for Complex Rehab led her to Reliable Medical where she is the Regional Vice President and oversees the Western Region.

Kyle currently serves as the Vice President – Respiratory and Supply with Reliable Medical.  He has spent the majority of his career in the rehabilitation field with a focus in assistive technologies. Kyle has worked in numerous capacities in the field from a delivery technician to practicing ATP to leading operations and business development in commercial and workers compensation business segments. Kyle currently holds his ATP certificate, a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Iowa State University, and his master’s degree in healthcare administration from Purdue University. Kyle is currently the Chair of RESNAs Professional Standards Board, and an Advisory Board member for the University of Pittsburgh’s Masters of Rehabilitation Technology program.
